I take great pride in making sure every item is fully inspected and packed carefully before it's sent. If there are any issues or queries, please don't hesitate to get in touch via the email link at the bottom of every page. I will do my best to sort anything out as soon as I possibly can. On a rare occasion a return is required I will refund the full amount minus postage once I have received the item(s) back in good condition.
